Kalbar \u2013<\/strong> Dalam upaya menjaga kebugaran fisik dan meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh, personel Kodim 1206\/Putussibau melaksanakan kegiatan olahraga pagi rutin di seputaran Kota Putussibau, Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu, Selasa (14\/05\/2024).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Kegiatan tersebut diikuti oleh seluruh prajurit TNI dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di lingkungan Kodim 1206\/Putussibau.<\/p>\n<p pagi hari ketika para personel berkumpul untuk mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan olahraga bersama.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sebelum olahraga dimulai, seluruh personel terlebih dahulu melaksanakan apel pagi.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Kegiatan apel dilakukan untuk pengecekan kehadiran dan kesiapan personel sebelum melaksanakan olahraga.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Setelah apel pagi selesai, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan peregangan untuk melemaskan otot dan mempersiapkan kondisi tubuh.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Peregangan dilakukan secara bersama-sama guna menghindari cedera saat berolahraga.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Selanjutnya, seluruh anggota Kodim 1206\/Putussibau melaksanakan jogging bersama mengelilingi sejumlah ruas jalan di Kota Putussibau.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-44411 aligncenter\" rutinitas wajib bagi prajurit TNI maupun PNS di lingkungan Kodim 1206\/Putussibau.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan secara rutin untuk menjaga kondisi tubuh agar tetap sehat, bugar, dan siap menjalankan tugas sehari-hari.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-44409 aligncenter\" fisik yang prima, setiap personel diharapkan dapat menjalankan tugas kewilayahan secara optimal.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Salah satu anggota Kodim 1206\/Putussibau mengatakan bahwa olahraga rutin Seluruh personel tampak antusias mengikuti kegiatan hingga selesai.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dengan adanya olahraga pagi rutin ini, Kodim 1206\/Putussibau berharap seluruh prajurit dan PNS selalu memiliki kondisi fisik yang prima, semangat yang tinggi, dan kesiapan dalam melaksanakan tugas pengabdian kepada bangsa dan negara.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">(Pendim
